Appointments are given priority over walk-ins. Walk-ins are served on a first-come first-serve basis.

You can call, message social media, or email us to book an appointment. All appointments need a name and phone number and must be confirmed with us to be considered booked. Sending a message asking for the time slot does not count a booking an appointment until someone from the team confirms with you. All children getting pierced under the age of 18 legally require a birth certificate and the parent's ID to get pierced. The parent must be present for the entire procedure. This is Texas state law.

We ask every appointment to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork, and for us to accommodate you appointment smoothly. There is a 15 minute window for being late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will automatically forfeit your appointment time and be counted as a walk-in. No-call no-shows are marked as such on our books and any future appointments for that person will require a 50% deposit to be booked. We understand that life happens unexpectedly, so if you are running late or need to cancel, please call or message us instead of simply not showing up. Any cancellations shorter notice than 24hrs may not be guaranteed a new time slot, and lose any deposits made.

We understand children are an important part of our lives, and it can be hard to find childcare. But for their safety, and the courtesy of our other clients, we ask that you make prior arrangements to care for you children. Unless the child is getting pierced. We would never want an unsupervised child in a hazardous environment, that routinely uses sharp objects and harsh chemicals. We hope you understand that we place this policy with your child's best interest in mind. The Magic Needle reserves the right to request a reschedule if a person does not follow this policy.

If you have a preferred piercer that you'd like to request, you're completely welcome to do so. Whenever you come in, simply let us know who you'd like to be your piercer before you check out.

We always guarantee our work, and we offer a one time guarantee for all of our jewelry as well. We do not offer refunds or returns on piercings or jewelry. If you are unhappy with your piercing, come in and see us so we can help you fix it.
