Appointment requests are NOT confirmed until someone has responded to your email! Please arrive on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be treated as a walk-in!

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24hr notice. Otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee a new time.

All minors (under 18)  are required to bring a legal guardian and a copy of their birth certificate! This is California state law.
